Nobina selects Icomera to provide CCTV platform for 400 buses in Stockholm
Icomera has been selected to deliver its X Series routers to Nobina for installation on 400 buses in the Stockholm area. With its 5,000 employees and 2,100 buses, Nobina is the largest bus operator in Sweden and has a 30% market share for public bus transport in the country.
Cooperation on the connected bus
Trafikverket ICT, Icomera and Botkyrka Buss have teamed up to build a prototype of the future of online buses. Based on expertise from all three companies, the bus will be equipped with a variety of systems, most of which will be connected in real time from a control centre on the Internet.
